Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 (draft)
These terms govern access to and use of the JuriMind platform and this website. By using the service, the subscribing organization and each of its authorized users agree to them.
01Acceptance and changes
Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. We may update them from time to time; material changes will be notified to the subscribing organization before they take effect.
02The service
JuriMind is a legal-intelligence platform for law firms, legal departments, and public institutions, provided under a subscription agreed with our sales team. Feature availability depends on the subscribed plan.
03Accounts and responsibilities
The subscribing organization administers its own tenant, controls which users are invited, and is responsible for its users' compliance with these terms and for the lawfulness of the content it uploads.
04Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law or third-party rights, to probe or disrupt the platform's security, or to access another tenant's data. We may suspend access that endangers the service or other customers.
05AI output
AI-generated research, drafts, and reviews are decision support, not legal advice. Outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance or filing; responsibility for professional work product remains with the subscribing organization.
06Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its design remain our property. Customer content remains the property of the subscribing organization, which grants us only the license needed to operate the service on its behalf.
07Confidentiality and data
Each party protects the other's confidential information. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the data-processing agreement signed with each customer.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is capped as set out in the subscription agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Governing law
The governing law and dispute-resolution forum are specified in the subscription agreement signed with each customer; this placeholder will be finalized on legal review.
