Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 (draft)

Draft — pending legal review. This document describes our intended practices and terms; it has not yet been finalized by qualified counsel and may change before it becomes binding.

This policy explains how JuriMind collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site or use the JuriMind platform. JuriMind is a business-to-business service: we process client and matter data under the instructions of the law firm, legal department, or public institution that subscribes.

01Data we collect

We collect account details (name, work email, role), tenant configuration, the documents and matter data your organization uploads to the platform, service usage and security logs, and the details you choose to submit through the demo request form on this site.

02How we use data

We use this data to operate the platform, authenticate users, provide support, secure and improve the service, and respond to demo requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

03AI processing

AI features process the content your organization submits in order to produce research answers, drafts, and reviews. Customer content is not used to train foundation models. Every AI answer is grounded in cited sources and remains subject to human review inside the product.

04Security and data residency

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with per-tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls. Staff access is limited to what operating the service requires and is logged.

05Retention

We retain data for as long as your organization's subscription is active. After termination we delete or return customer content on written request, subject to legal retention obligations.

06Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction — including the EU GDPR and applicable GCC data-protection laws — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests are handled through your organization's administrator or the contact route above.

07International transfers

Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses. The specifics for each customer are set out in the data-processing agreement signed with that customer.
